Recently people have been touched by the story of Bradley Lowery, what could we do to help? Enable our Beavers to understand and be proactive? Well here it is.....
We have signed up to

It's the Children with Cancer UK Mr Men and Little Misses Virtual Marathon.
We aim to raise in excess of £300 for Charity doing a variety of things Jack is walking a full 26 miles in the Lake District, we have swimming 26 lengths of Bishop Auckland pool, spotting 26 different animals at the zoo, hula hooping for 26 minutes and we haven't even finished our plans.
If you would like to find out more or help in any way please drop in for a cup of tea or contact

To boost our colony funds too, if you like to shop online, you can register at look up 2nd Bishop Auckland Beavers and each time you shop at perhaps Amazon, Next and lots more shops and they will directly make a donation to us and it won't cost you a penny.

So we aim to help others and help ourselves provide some amazing experiences to our young people.
